Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping:

    • Orders totaling $200 or more with items eligible for "Free Shipping" qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

    • This excludes freight shipments.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will ship the following business day.

  • Oversized Packages:

    • Certain products may incur oversized package fees due to their size and/or weight. These products will be clearly marked.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping:

    • Shipping costs for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may vary.

    • We offer shipping quotes through DHL, UPS, and USPS, and will explore flat-rate options to minimize costs.

  • Emissions Compliance:

    • We adhere to local emissions regulations. Products not compliant with California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards cannot be shipped to states with CARB regulations.

  • Shipping Estimates:

    • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates based on product availability and selected shipping options.

    • Shipping estimates are provided on the shipping quotes page.

    • Orders requiring shipment from multiple warehouses or vendors may affect expedited shipping calculations.

    • All shipping costs are quotes and may be adjusted due to weight or size.

  • Carrier Liability:

    • Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, the customer agrees that the shipping carrier is liable for the package, and any shipping problems should be addressed with the carrier.

Returns Policy

  • General Returns:

    • Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping and handling costs.

    • A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items.

    • Opened or installed products may not be eligible for return.

    • Custom-built parts are non-returnable.

    • Exchanging items may reduce or eliminate restocking fees.

  • Core Returns:

    • Core Return Timeframe:

      • Cores must be returned within 30 days of the order date for full credit. Cores received after 30 days will receive 50% credit.
    • Core Condition:

      • Cores must be returned in rebuildable condition as determined by the manufacturer.

      • Cores must be drained of all fluids, reasonably clean, bagged, and securely packaged.

      • Cores with physical damage, fuel contamination, seized components, or those that have been disassembled may be refused or receive reduced credit.

      • Injector cores must have Bosch bodies.

      • All injector cores must be returned in the original packaging.

      • Do not return injector cores with VP44 pump cores, as this may result in loss of injector core credit.

    • Core Return Process:

      • Include a completed core return form and a copy of your invoice with the returned core.

      • Ship cores insured with tracking, prepaid, to: ATTN: CORES 807 Prospect St Ste 2, Ellensburg Wa, 98926.

      • We cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments.

    • Core Credit:

      • Refunds are issued in the original payment method.

      • Once processed, returned cores become the property of Crossroad Garage LLC.

      • If a customer requests returned cores, a rebuildable core from our core bank will be sent, which may not be the original core.

      • International shipments with brokerage fees will have those fees (approximately $35) deducted from the core refund.

  • Warranty Claims:

    • Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's discretion.

    • Crossroad Garage LLC will assist customers with warranty claims.

    • Customers agree to abide by the manufacturer's warranty decisions and hold Crossroad Garage LLC harmless.

    • Improper installation, fuel contamination, modification, disassembly, and unapproved applications void the warranty.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned package.

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
