    Dealer Tier Structure

    Tier 1: Entry Dealer

    • Buy-In: $2,500
    • Annual Sales Minimum: $10,000
    • Discount: ~5% off MSRP ~10% off Forced Inductions & ITI
    • Upgrade Eligibility: Eligible for Tier 2 upon reaching $30,000 in annual sales

    Buy-In Flexibility:

    To support smaller shops, Tier 1 dealers may satisfy their initial buy-in over two consecutive orders within 60 days. This approach encourages ramp-up while building inventory responsibly.

    Tier 1 dealers are eligible for pricing on our entire line card EXCEPT S&B

    Tier 2: Growth Dealer

    • Buy-In: $7,500
    • Annual Sales Minimum: $25,000
    • Discount: ~8% off MSRP ~14% off Forced Inductions & ITI
    • Upgrade Eligibility: Eligible for Tier 3 at $80,000 annual sales

    Buy-In Flexibility:

    Dealers moving into Tier 2 can use a rolling 90-day period to accumulate their $7,500 buy-in, either via large orders or consistent monthly purchases. This supports seasonal and regional sales fluctuations.

    Tier 2 dealers are eligible for pricing on PPE, Suncoast, Forced Inductions, and ITI Product lines

    Tier 3: Premium Stocking Dealer

    • Buy-In: $15,000
    • Annual Sales Minimum: $35,000
    • Discount: ~12% off MSRP ~18% off Forced Inductions & ITI
    • Stocking Commitment: 1 stocking order per month

    Buy-In Path:

    Approved dealers may split their buy-in into three $5,000 orders over 90 days, making this level more accessible to growing operations. Marketing and co-op funds may also be applied toward qualifying inventory purchases.

    Stocking Dealer Pricing is currently only available on Forced Inductions & ITI Lines

    Transmission Kits & Units Dealer Tier

    • Buy-In: $25,000
    • Annual Sales Minimum: $50,000
    • Discount: ~15% off MSRP for Rebuild Kits / ~12% on Units
    • Stocking Commitment: 1 stocking order per month

    Flexible Enrollment Path:

    Specialty dealers can apply for tiered entry by submitting a 3-month forecast and beginning with an initial $15,000 stocking order.

    To help new dealers succeed from day one, we offer the following support mechanisms:

    • Extended Payment Terms through approved financing partners (OAC)
    • Credit Card Buy-In Options with waived processing fees on initial orders
    • Inventory Planning Consultations to ensure smart stocking choices
    • Drop-Ship Program Access for approved Tier 1 & 2 dealers to reduce upfront risk
