These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.crossroadgaragellc.com (the "Site") and to all orders placed with Crossroad Garage LLC ("Crossroad Garage", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Shipping & Return Policy, Warranty information and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, availability and product information may change without notice.
We make every effort to show accurate prices and descriptions. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, or contact you before shipping.
An order is accepted when it ships. We may limit or cancel orders, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fill.
Fitment information is provided as a guide. Please confirm that a part fits your vehicle, engine and application before you order or install it. Contact us with any questions before ordering.
Sales tax is charged where required by law.

Shipping

Orders totaling $200 or more with items eligible for "Free Shipping" qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This excludes freight shipments.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the following business day. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Some products carry oversized package fees; these are clearly marked. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations is quoted separately.
Products that are not California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliant cannot be shipped to states with CARB regulations.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for it, and shipping problems should be addressed with the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping and handling costs.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items. Exchanging items may reduce or eliminate restocking fees.
Opened or installed products may not be eligible for return. Custom-built parts are non-returnable.
Please request an RMA before sending a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3-7 business days of receiving the return; your bank may take 5-10 more business days.

Core Charges and Core Returns

Some products (for example remanufactured injectors) include a refundable core charge, shown on the product page and in your cart.
Cores must be returned within 30 days of the order date for full credit. Cores received after 30 days receive 50% credit.
Cores must be in rebuildable condition as determined by the manufacturer: drained of all fluids, reasonably clean, bagged and securely packaged. Damaged, fuel-contaminated, seized or disassembled cores may be refused or receive reduced credit. Injector cores must have Bosch bodies and be returned in the original packaging.
Include a completed core return form and a copy of your invoice. Ship cores prepaid, insured and with tracking to: ATTN: CORES, 1607 W Dolarway Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926. We cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments.
Core credit is issued to the original payment method. Returned cores become the property of Crossroad Garage LLC. International brokerage fees (about $35) are deducted from core refunds.

Warranty

Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, and warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer. We will help you with warranty claims.
Warranty typically covers repair or replacement of the defective part only. We are not responsible for labor costs, towing, or damage to other vehicle components resulting from a part failure.
Improper installation, fuel contamination, modification, disassembly, misuse and unapproved applications void the warranty.

Product Use and Installation

Many performance parts are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal for use on public roads or in your state. You are responsible for following all federal, state and local laws, including emissions laws, for the parts you buy and how you use them.
Installation of many parts requires professional skills and tools. We recommend installation by a qualified technician. Modifying your vehicle may affect its warranty, emissions compliance, safety and handling.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crossroad Garage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, towing, rental or labor costs, arising from the purchase, installation or use of any product.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Except for the manufacturer warranties described above, products are sold "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent allowed by law.

Site Use

Content on this Site, including text, photos and logos, is owned by Crossroad Garage LLC or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.
